We believe that the Spanish-speaking world must be won to Christ and discipled and led by Latins and Spaniards. The most effective way to accomplish this is by recruiting, caring for, discipling, mentoring/coaching and equipping pastors and leaders in their own countries and helping them plant and develop their own churches and a national church-planting movement to best reach their own people where they live, work, study and need to see God's Kingdom manifested among them.

Our function is to assist/facilitate the development of Healthy Mature Pastor/leaders in Vibrant Relevant Growing Churches through deep, direct relationships and communication with the pastors, their spouses and children by mentoring/ caring for them as they in turn minister/mentor and care for other pastors and leaders in their city, region and country. This individually focused ministry multiplies itself through each church as it grows and multiplies healthy churches to reach out to spiritual, physical, emotional and physical needs of their own surrounding communities and nations in a naturally supernatural way.
